Terms of Service

TheQuorumHub is a marketplace platform that connects "Learners" (clients seeking advice) with "Experts" (independent consultants).

We are an intermediary. We do not provide the consulting services ourselves.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of the advice provided by Experts. Any contract for services is directly between the Learner and the Expert.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Prohibited Acts: You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, harassment, hate speech, or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
• Non-Circumvention: Users agree not to solicit or perform services for parties introduced through TheQuorumHub outside of the platform to avoid fees. Violating this may result in immediate account suspension.

For Learners: You agree to pay the fees specified by the Expert for their session. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method upon booking confirmation.

For Experts: We charge a platform service fee (commission) on every completed transaction. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect or Bank Transfer and are subject to standard processing times (typically 2-7 days). You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on your earnings.

• Learner Cancellations: Full refunds are provided if cancelled more than 24 hours before the session. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• Expert Cancellations: If an Expert cancels, the Learner receives a full refund. Repeated cancellations by an Expert may result in penalties.
• Disputes: If a session does not take place or is of poor quality, you must report it within 48 hours via our "Report Issue" tool. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheQuorumHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 6 months.
